| Very basic room, unfortunately we were on the top floor which was very hot although a fan in the room was provided. Not much space to put belongings had to use the chair. Yet we were only there for 2 nights so it was manageable. The bathroom is the smallest i have ever seen by far! I'm only tiny and believe me it was a tight squeeze. Very clean however and would make a short stay there again due to great location and reception staff were helpful. | ||

| We stayed at this hotel with family of 4. We had a room at the top floor which means 4 storeys up the stairs (no lift!!)! Room was (too) small, it was very hot in the room (heating was on 24/7), beds were ok, small and simple "bathroom", poor breakfast, but friendly staff and good location for visiting London. | ||

| The hotel is near London's center. It's clean and quiet. The breakfast is good. The room was a few narrow without place to put our luggages. The bathroom was too small. But the price is correct. | ||

| Although I apreciate that the hotel is budget you should still expect a good level of service the toilet did not work the tv did not work and the bathroom could do with a fan to stop the mould growth however the room was clean and bedding and towels were good. Also I would have been happier if when paying by card you kept it in sight and not disapear under the reception desk. However I would still use the travelstay.com website again |
