I come to London on a regular basis and have stayed in many places, City Inn Express is by far the best in terms of value for money.

It was surprising to find such high quality in this location. My expectations were exceeded. The City Inn hotel was very clean, comfortable and customer service was excellent.

Excellent - stayed at City Inn Express once in October and again in November. Modern and clean, didn't have breakfast. The location was not so good as it took a while to reach the centre, but it was ok as bus travel is cheap and you get to see London.

I visited London on March 2005 and City Inn Express Hotel was an excellent option for me and my friends. Very good baked beans.

City Inn Express is a very clean and modern looking hotel, quite surprising considering the surrounding area. A surprise to come across - found it on TravelStay. Excellent rooms, all new and spotlessly clean. However, breakfast was a little disappointing. Overall City Inn Express is good value for money, with friendly, hospitable staff. Would definately book again, but may buy breakfast elsewhere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in London - being open 24 hours is what you need in London!!! 4/5

Good Budget Hotel. Newly built with a few minor teething problems but with excellent management who helped whenever a problem arose. We wish them every success with the Hotel!

In short, City Inn Express had nice facilities, but the customer service was not as good as expected

Very clean and very quiet. All the comfort we needed. The breakfast was good. Maybe a little far from the heart of london, but you can easily go by tube or bus.

The hotel is really new, nice, clean and in a fashionable style. The hotel is bit far from the tube station but there are many buses just outside. Really enjoyed the stay there.
